Friday Evening Running Session

A rare opportunity to get up in loft tonight!  A couple of minor tasks completed but mainly just running trains including a new acquisition!

I've finally fitted the last point motor. Its location meant that I had to add  an extra piece of wood to support the point motor.  Ultimately this point motor will be hidden under an overbridge.

I've bought some flowers for the gardens.  I've 'planted' a few in the village.

And the new arrivals?  Thomas, Annie & Clarabel.

Signal Control Electricery

I've been able to start building the prototype signal control circuit for Hannerton.  Once I'm happy that it functions as required I'll build it for real on the circuit board in the control panel.  The photo graph shows the circuit to drive one signal.  This will need to be duplicated for each signal, plus I need to add the 'latch' that will turn the signal to green at the push of a button, but will automatically return it to red when the train passes over the 'track circuits'.
